the request will be sent to the Office Manager who has a system that processes the supply requests, and you get an email confirming if the Office Manager ordered your supplies.
All with the click of a few buttons. You can even set it up so that employees have budgets that they can't break, so you don't have to worry about your spending.
Just imagine everything that can be done through the IntraNet. You can process Expense Reimbursement requests, Travel Reservations, and even Human Resources processes.
A Central Location for everything.
All of your training materials, sales info, marketing brochures and documents, and whatever else, can all be placed on the IntraNet. It becomes organized, categorized, and searchable.
