Kelsey Creek Labs needed a way to expand the experience and level of quality service their customers received. IntentionallyU worked with them to create a customer management application to track their customers, the seeds and plants they received and when to send notices and invoices. We then re-vamped the web site and expanded the client management tool onto the web site allowing customers to login and check the status of their plants and seeds, as well as update their personal information right over the web.

IntentionallyU designed an entire new interface for the site, choosing a very professional and tight style.
 
The web site was divided into similar sections, Home, Products, Services, About Us, Clients, and Contact Us. Each section has it's own color scheme, to provide a unique feel to each section, yet it remains within the look and style of the entire site.
 
The Client ExtraNet was set up to allow customers to log in and view information about their account, including delivery status and plant development status reports.
 
Live, accurate information is presented to the customer when they log in to the Client Care Center. Here the status of their seeds are presented to them. Detailed reports are only one click away.
 
The Client Care Center also relieved some of the Labs headaches: Clients can update their personal information right through the web site, bypassing the Lab and saving everyone time.
 
The Client ExtraNet is based off of the Kelsey Creek Contact Manager, a web-based contact management system where the workers in the Lab store and record all the information relating to the customers. The main contact screen contains information about each contact, and related information is accessed through the tabs along the top. Each tab brings up specific information for the current contact, including the information about each seed or plant, delivery status, etc.
 
The Contact Manager is fully enabled with reports summarizing account information, invoice creation, mailing label creation, as well as the full-search capability seen in this screen.
